When I try to boot my computer with the radeon in place, when it gets to the splash screen it continues to load, but then all of a sudden, it goes to a blue screen. It seems to have a problem with the ntoskrnl.exe file. and it says to go to the bios and disable shading or caching. I disabled shading, but that didn't do the trick. I even tried witha frsh Win2k load.
Anybody know of any particular reason why this is happening? Is the Motherboard to old to handle the card? I have the most up to date bios, actually I have a bios that isn't offered on Asus's website any longer. they offer up to 1007, I have 1008. shoudl I downgrade to the 1007?
