ASUS K7V onboard sound... How do you feel about this?

I was wondering what the soundcard that comes with the K7V is like? just standard?

Do these onboard soundcards become and issue when overclocking?

Do you need to worry about the how much CPU time the soundcard is using?

They make an A7V w/out sound as well. Integrated audio/video is bad for a power user.
