ASUS K7V onboard audio Vs. Santa Cruz

Hello,

I've had Santa Cruz for a good while now, and soon I am getting K7V Deluxe from ASUS. Can anyone advise whether I should keep and install the Santa Cruz, or just go with the onboard sound?
