Asus K7V BIOS Optimization ?

Hi:
--Athlon 700Mhz on Asus K7V mobo.
--256 Mb PC133 SDRAM (Crucial).
--WD 7200rpm ATA66 20.5Gb
--Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm ATA/66 10.2Gb
--Maxi Gamer Xentor 32 AGP Video
--Pioneer DVD-s104S
--HP 9100i CD-RW
--Promise Ultra ATA/66 Card
--Imation LS-120 S-Disk
--3Com 3C905BTX NIC ( to Cisco 675 for DSL )

Currently BIOS is configured in the "Safe Mode" (default?)
settings of:
Bus: 100Mhz
DRAM: 100Mhz
PCI: 33Mhz

Also, DRAM to CPU frequency is set at [3:3]

With my hardware, what BIOS settings should I be using?
Not looking to Ovrclk...just want to get optimal performance out of the beast....

Any/all advice welcome!
