i've just bought this laptop (asus k53sv) installed newest drivers from the website but still i have 2 unrecognized drivers in the windows device manager:

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

the PCI device - i dont know what is it.
the bluetooth - i know that the laptop should support it- but i tried to install both of the drivers that are avaible on the site- but it still didnt help.

here is the laptop on asus website: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=amrevEkgfqmrdCMD

You took the laptop out of the box and it was missing drivers? That is kind of odd. Anyways, for the PCI Simple Communications Controller try installing the "Intel Management Engine Interface" drivers from the "Other" category on the download page for that system. As for the bluetooth, you could try to manually install the drivers(Right Click > Update Driver Software). Using the search automatically option should go out to windows update and see if there is a better driver out there for you.

The bluetooth is now available at the official Asus website. But be careful I've read about a BSOD while installing the bluetooth drivers to the Asus K53SV at this Asus K53SV Review

By I must say it's a great notebook! :)
