I doubt you can go wrong with any of them. Both looks to have excellent coolers. ASUS one has the well known and well tested DC II cooler. But then again, Sapphire card also looks to have a nice cooler.

They should give the same performance since they use the exact same chips and memory, and both have tested to have good coolers, among the best of the 7870 lineup. Buy whichever one you like looks better or has a better deal for you.

Asus is slightly faster, and by slightly I mean 10MHz, I would do research myself, but I don't have the time right now, so just look for problems with asus and sapphire products, and this specific product, and look which one has less dramatic and less by quantity problems.
