Parts for a motherboard? A motherboard is parts.

What exactly do you need? Aftermarket fans and heatsinks are usually superior. New capacitors can be purchased third party if you're looking to repair a board with blown ones.

okay the mobo comes with :

a driver disk
a user manual
an install guide
3 pairs of sata cables
1 sata cable bracket
I/O shield

sli connectors:
one 2- way,
one 3- way,
one 4- way

a gc-wb300d for wi-fi
sata cables

so lets say any of the above items were broken and or lost.

If this was an ASUS mobo I can go to the ASUS link here

http://us.estore.asus.com/index.php

and buy the part.

so I want to know if gigabyte does this or not.

I prefer gigabyte to asus in general but it looks like in this area gigabyte is lacking. Maybe I am wrong but I sent an email to them on weds asking about this and no reply. I figured I could ask here and someone could help source a part or two for me. Better yet a link to order gigabyte parts like the link asus has for its parts.

I get that each company has different models of business so if gigabyte is an all or nothing concept I can live with that. I will just be a bit more careful with my extra accessories next time.

You can find an equivalent if not cheaper/better replacement parts from Newegg or Amazon. All of the expansion brackets use standard headers so your options are pretty open.

Gigabyte has (or did have) a California office location where I/O shields, for example, could be purchased via phone call (not toll-free). Newegg could probably supply the phone number to you, assuming the Gigabyte office is still open for business.
Side note: Newegg's "open box" motherboards (all brands) often arrive with missing I/O shields, and for whatever reason replacements are NOT available from Newegg.
