PSU = too big.
Not a chance. The AX1200 is perfect for 580's especially if you plan max overclocking.
Depends how many, if only one then its too big, if two then still a bit Overkill if 3 then i would say its fine.

And im very close to cannibalizing it because of Crysis2.

well i didnt want to go higher in vcore because of the 570's which were poping. I got scared to be honest, because i went though hell and back to get this 580GTX.

Serious note, it depends on the version of classy u got.
For me i could not use that gpu as my classy is the E759, and requires slot 1 and 2.
For the E760 and the 4way, u can use slots 1 and 3.
