Lights don't flicker or nothing. Tried with battery only, battery and AC, and no battery and AC... same results.

When I plug AC adapter into the wall, the light on the brick is on. As soon as I plug the AC adapter into the laptop the light on the brick shuts off. Even if I unplug the AC adapter from the laptop at this point, the light remains off until I unplug it from the power outlet and plug it back in.

I tested the AC adapter and was getting the correct voltage, so I think it's good.

I tore apart the laptop, checked the power jack... It wasn't loose, the inside looked normal, and the solder points looked fine.

The ac adapter has some wiggle-bility (lol) to it when it's in the power jack.

Should I try replacing the power jack, or do you think it's the motherboard?

I do not think that it is the problem with the power jack. I have same exact one as you, which is 19v and 6 and some amps.

Your description of it shutting off(light on a brick) fits perfectly with what I experienced 3 days ago.

I repaired an old laptop from 2004, but did not have a power brick, so I used my Asus powerbrick to power the laptop(older powerbrick had same voltage, but less amps). Well, it shut off everytime I tried to plug it in to the DC jack. I took the laptop apart again, and I facepalmed at what I had done, I completely reversed my soldering on accident, so it was creating a short. Did the resoldering, put the laptop together, and I was on my way.

All in all, I think the problem is not with the Power Brick, but with the laptop's power circuitry itself.
