what does this 4pin power connector do?
its on my P4PE and i don't plug anything in it, but when I do plug in a regular 4pin power plug, nothing is changed, its all the same...
what is it for?
btw, i have a normal 20pin ATX power connector, thats all i plug into my board for power.

It supplies additional connectors to ensure that the board can get enough amperage under heavy usage. Might as well plug in all of the connectors, it could help with stability.

The EZ-Plug is used in case you don't have a P4 compatible power supply. You're supposed to plug in the ATX power connector and the P4 power connector, or the ATX power connector and the EZ-Plug connector.

Nah, but it would have probably killed a good overclock.
