This is basically a rebadged 9800GTX (Same clocks of 725/2000) for much less. This also uses only one PCI-Ex 6-pin connector, like the G92 8800GTS's. You also get a free copy of "Alone in the Dark" with purchase.

it's a 8800GTS g92, not the 9800GTX, which uses higher-speed memory chips (1200 vs 8800GTS's 1000). 9800GTX requires 2 pci-e 6-pin connectors, as opposed to only 1 in 8800GTS. Nontheless, this is still the cheapest 8800GTS at the moment.
