Asus EN7600GS SILENT

I'm looking at the choices at http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLi...790717&Submit=ENE&Nty=1&SubCategory=48

The Asus EN7600GS SILENT 256M says the memory runs at 800MHz, but the 512M version says 540MHz. Is that right? If so, which would I want for about the same price? Faster memory, or more memory? 540MHz seems really very slow compared to even really low-end GeForce7 cards.

With a 7600GS, you're not going to be playing at resolutions requiring anything more than 256MB of RAM. I'd go for speed over quantity in this case.
