Not really. I already have an Acer Aspire One. Not bad for $300... hell, the LCD screen for my desktop PC cost more than that!

What I really want is one of those EeeTop PC ET2203T's for work, though. I'm having a hell of a time finding a 22" touchscreen PC with Linux support... the HP TouchSmart is their only real competition once you get to that size.

I got a refurb 701SD with XP and an 8GB SSD for $120 shipped a few weeks ago.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Do you like it?

Yeah, so far. I've mostly just been taking it to lunch to read, but I've got GPS up and running on it now as well. Keyboard is too small for me to touch type normally, but switching to two finger mode works well enough. Chrome is a tad sluggish, but I haven't loaded FlashFire (essentially a RAM cache for the SSD) or upgraded the RAM.

got a 1005HA and am quite happy with it. I forgot about it in the basement for TWO DAYS on standby (deep sleep, but not hibernate) and it had like 70% battery left.

Nah, I don't need a new computer. The organic posable stand that it seems to come with looks darn good though.
