Asus DGX or DSX

I'm not sure what soundcard to get, the Asus DGX or DSX. I'm not an audiophile, so I don't want to spend a whole lot, just something that's better than the onboard sound. This computer is going to be used almost exclusively for gaming with headphones - I have a HTPC theater which has an Asus DG outputting to my receiver through S/PDIF for entertainment already. Both the Asus DGX and DSX cost about the same, but I'm not sure what to go with:
DGX: has a headphone amp and some other headphone tweaks, so it's supposedly better for headphone use
DSX: supposedly better overall sound, although it doesn't have the headphone amp

So it comes down to headphone amp vs better overall sound.

Just ordered another DG, since I only have 2 PCI-e slots, one is for my wi-fi card and the other is blocked the video card.
