Asus CUV4X Boot Problem

When I turn on my computer, it intially POSTs at 1000 MHz, where it locks up after detecting the drives. I press reset, and it boots up at 930 MHz (the OC speed I chose). Its just an annoyance to have to do this every time. Ideas anyone?
