Hi,
I have a asus cuv4x mb. Works VERY fine! But the manual doesnt tell me how the agp buss is "clocked". Is it, like with the pci bus speed, the bios itself that choose the most proper speed (closest to 66)? Or what? If I raise the FBS to 133, what speed do the agp buss operate at? 89? 66?

If you put it to 133fsb, the AGP will be at 66 and the PCI at 33. Very stable, my 500e is at 667 comfortably.

Thanx for sharing your experience. Do you use a CUV4X? If U do, how do you know your agp bus speed. When I put my FSB at 133 and run 3mark-2000 I get lockups in the last part of Adventure (High details.) I thougt it was something to do with my Matrox G400-max and that it didnt like the new bus speed. What else can it be?

What kind of a heatsink do you have on your cpu?
My guess would be that just need to up the voltage a notch.

Im using a Golden Orb. Now I have raised the voltage to 1,75 and it works fine. First I ran 3DMark-2000 with the memory on 100MHz. I wasnt shure my pc100 memory would make it. But then I ran it on 133 and it also worked fine. Seems like it vas the voltage setting that caused the problem. Now Im running prime95 to see how hot i becomes.
