They're so-so.
It really pisses me off that they don't have a toll-free tech support number.
I had to RMA a video card, stupid thing started overheating and acting weird after only 6 months.

They fed me a bunch of BS before they would let me RMA it, too.

All-in-all I give them 2 thumbs down.
 
my bro rma'd a dead mobo to them
they didnt give him any hassle, but it took 3 or 4 weeks to get it back....and $40 while under warranty

They're not a real talkative bunch, hard to get any kind of reply from them. Like Sauron said they'll back it up as long as you pony the $40. Seems a bit steep to me..
 
What in the hell do they charge $40 for if it is under warranty ? Is their warranty pro-rated like car battery or what.

I RMA'd a board that was around a year old. Went smoothly, took a bit long to ship (2 weeks or so).
The replacement board cooked itself in a month. Called them, they said they'd match shipping back to me (IF I ship ground, they ship ground, If I ship next day air they do....) Sent them the old one last Tuesday, got my new one this Tuesday. 1 week TOTAL turn around time. The person I spoke to said to send to her attention. I was impressed to get a RMA in 5 business days!
