ASUS CUSL2 Socket-370 for PIII 1000/133

Will that work, i was under the impression that P3 were those big phat cartridge chips, and not the 486 looking ones???
Cos thats the motherboard i have chosen and am having doubts as to it working, fitting.

PIII's (coppermine versions) are Socket 370 and Slot1

To answer your question, yes. Actually, the CUSL2 is one of the best boards you can get for the P3. Just make sure you get the FC-PGA cpu.
