384mb Mosel Vitelic Rev 2; Cas 222 7t 9t; p3 700 - 1ghz (143fsb)
Also, I am using the WPCredit memory hack for (140fsb+)

Yeah, that's about right. For some reason, i815(E/P) systems give horrible memory benchmarks in Sandra. Just ignore them, as they are not an indication of real world performance.
 
I had the same issues... I just ignore it, as my memory (ironically the same type and amount as yours) got essentially the same scores.
