I came across this review and thought you might wanna know. They didn't like the 512 MB memory limit but that's Intel's fault not Asus's. And they point out the price is steep (vs. Via and BX). Heh supposedly the agp pro slot can supply up to 110 watts of power. That's pretty much and all but 3dfx will be happy with it. 
I reckon there's nothing to gain by dumping my p3v4x for this board. But if I had to buy now I'd prolly get the cusl2.
