Asus CUSL2 Ques

I have an Asus CUSL2 motherboard.

When I bought it, it was supposed to support ATA133.
The manual states ATA100.

It has the Intel 815E chipset.
I can't find any mention in the manual of which IDE controler chips it uses or who makes them.

Intel never "officially" supported ata133, don't know all the details, but maxtor had pushed for it. even if you look at the more current intel chipsets, on newer boards....ata100...never had ata133 ide controller
