I am planing on replacing my MB and CPU with Asus CUSL2 and PIII 1GHz 133Mz. My question is can use my old memory module? I have Crucial 256MB PC100.

Any help will be appreciated.

If that PC100 stick is rated cas2, you may be able to run it at 133 cas3. You may even be able to run it cas2!

I don't know what you will experience. My CUSL2-C is very quirky and part of it is due to the BIOS. I have PC133 memory and can run up to about 895 or so with a P3-866. Then things get very quirky. Even with memory settings set conservatively. With the previous beta BIOS I could never get the memory to run at 133, system would freeze during BIOS screen. Going back to the 003 BIOS and got what I mentioned at first. I can get up over 900 with the 003 but then AGP falls back to 2X. Just some notes as to my problems. Definitely BIOS related in some instances. Noticed they just released a new BETA the two days ago so I am going to give that a shot. You can pick it up at: ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/Socket_370/.
