Hello,
I have the Asus cusl2-c with a Logitech Keyboard, when I shut down Windows98, the computer shuts down, but the keyboard stays on. Is there a setting cmos for this? or is this normal?

Almost all mobo has the light stay on for keyboard powerups... you can disable it in the mobo jumper
 
Yeah that means you can walk upto your computer and cold boot it from the spacebar of your PS/2 keyboard.. I thought it was default on off but you never know.. you can shut the light off also just by hitting the numlock key.
