Asus CUSL2-C fan shut down

I have 2 systems both running CUSL2-C motherboards. On both, at different times, with both on, my CPU fan shuts down causing the Asus probe to popup. There is no power problems, like lights flickering, etc. to indicate outside power problems. One is OC'D 700 to only 846, and to other is a straight 733/133. Both do this. Has any one see this happening on theirs? Note I do use surge protection not UPS. The computer doesn't shut down only the CPU fan and only for a second. This has happened with the original Intel CPU fans, Golden Orbs(which didn't cool any better) and now Alpha PAL6035 V2(which rock) Thanks 😕

there is a bios option in cusl2, should be the same in -c, check under power management to make sure cpu fan is always on..
