Asus CUSL2 and Microsoft Explorer Optical Mouse

Hi all
here is my problem when im overclocking on my asus board with the optical mouse using the usb port it hangs in the post boot but if i use the ps/2 port it boots at 150mhz at Cas2 with my mushkin rev2 ram with no problem im currenty running a 1ghz cpu. does anyone have a souloutiuon to this maybe a setting in the bios will due the trick let me know thanks.

gosh i remember reading a fix awhile back but i cant remember what it said ... try turning off legacy support in usb and i think it only affects win98, not me ...
