It does, but you won't be able to overclock very well on it. The entire CUBX family seems to have issues with trying to run Celeron IIs at overclocked speeds, and BIOS updates do not resolve the problem.

lilstevo , i have a asus cubx with a celly 566 runing @ 952. make sure you update the bios to version 1006 , that seemed to do the trick for me. maybe i lucked out with my cubx? >> the bios update(1006) is for celeron2 support among other things so the answer to your question is yes.
