Unless it is priced really well or they can somehow lower power consumption or something I don't much see the point of this.

I'm guessing it will cost near or more than a seperate MB and GPU though.

Still kinda cool.

Toss it on a mini-DTX board and I'm sold for the HTPC market.

Video cards are discrete for a reason...So we can use them on any motherboard we want. Integrating a 5770 onto the mobo is missing the point.

Would be fine on a smaller than mATX board for HTPC use. If this come out as a mATX or bigger and for not less than 20-30% cheaper than a board+GPU then it will fail badly.

I can feel there is going to be a problem with cooling. Did anybody else see the dual 8 pin connectors? lol
