ASUS Commando Failure to Post

I hooked everything up and have carefully gone over the connections to my new motherboard. When I turn on the computer I get a message on the back LCD panel, "CPU INIT." After this a message comes up saying "INT DRAM" and just hangs at this, failing to post the system. Has anyone had this problem? I have removed all the DRAM, hoping that it would boot with a beep, but it doesn't even do this.

Please assist.

Have you tried to clr cmos? not just the button on the board, disconnect power, remove batt and hit power switch, wait 10 min, restart? I had to play games one time but I don't recall exactly how it was solved only that the cmos button did not do the trick. If you can test your PSU seperately, another board or tester. What CPU do you have?
