Well no thanks to ASUS' update BS program, I can't reset my mobo apparently (talked to a local computer tech on the phone).
***wish i read this link before doing the update
http://superuser.com/questions/29221/how-to-recover-from-failed-bios-update ***

So now I'm looking for a replacement board that can handle the following

1) Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHZ if I recall (99.999%) sure.
2) 8G of DDR2 Corsair 800mhz RAM
3) EVGA 8800 GTS video card.

4 SATA drives.

This was my old board. - Asus P5B

My options now are either to contact ASUS and see if they can flash it for me.
Buy a used P5B
or buy one of the following new MOBOs.

OR

Intel's MOBO which has HDMI - going for a new build in a few months, so this as a HTPC would be an option. Assuming Intel's MOBOs are rock steady.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
