Asus Av8 speaker port issues

I cannot figure out if I am screwing something up. My mobo works great except for the fact that I am not getting any audio from the built in sound. I checked the bios to ensure it was enabled, and it is. I checked the software mixers and the sound is up....Anyone have a clue what I can be missing?

That happened to my AV8 as well, I called tech support, who directed me to RMA. My replacement motherboard should have been shipped today......
