Asus Av8 and Dual Channel Ram Ratio

Can anyone clarify the proper BIOS settings for my ram and CPU combination. I have read that on this board the 2:1 ratio is really meant as 1:1.

And does anyone know how far I can push my overclock with the faster rated 4000 DDR ram or what is the optimal setting for stability and reasonable OC speed?

My Rig:

Asus A8V
AMD 3200 64 CPU
2 512 sticks of DDR OCZ 4000 Gold rev.2 ram
74mb SATA Raptor
BFG 6800GT video
Antec 480 PS
