Asus AN8 SLI Premium w/ XP-120

Howdy all,

Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I'm setting up a new system and am hoping to use the Asus AN8 SLI Premium with a Thermalright XP-120 for cooling.

Now I know several of you guys have tried this already and said it fits perfectly and works awesome, but here's my dilemma:

I'm putting this set-up into a very tight case. Good airflow but almost no space to maneuver. There will be almost no space between the top of the motherboard and the bottom of the PSU, I'm guessing 1/4 of an inch, maybe a hair more.

So I guess my question is, does the heatsink overhang the top of the board? The CPU socket is very close to the top edge of this motherboard and I'm worried that I won't be able to use the XP-120 in this case.

I have the heatsink already and am planning to order the board this weekend so I figured I'd ask you guys first before I did, as I can't find any pictures anywhere of this heatsink/board combo.

Thanks.

They have on there site a list of mobos that will work as well as a list of mobo`s that will work marginally and they explain why a particular mobo will only work marginally!!
