Update: The board is the Asus A8V Deluxe. It has the promise 20378 on it (according to ASUS). I can't find this on promise's site. I need the windows management tool (It's called PAM). Anyone have this working?

My server is starting to get the tick of death on one of it's drives. I can't tell what drive it is because there are about 5 in there and the click is at random times. Not all the drives are smart capable. Anyone know of a good disk management / status software. One that has raid management/status would be sweet.

What type of RAID controller is it on? Usually the driver SW for that can tell you what disk in the array is failing.

it's an onboard promise I believe. Some asus board I have in there. I will check out promise's site. I was wondering if there was an all in one software that supports multiple raid devices and drives.

I'd check ASUS site first. They usually have some kind of SW available to monitor everything, I'd be surprised if they didn't have one for a RAID controller.
