Asus A8V integrated NIC issue

Has anyone else had problems with the Marvell integrated gigabit NIC? I did a clean install of Windows and it had worked fine. However, after I downloaded SP2, the I lost connectivity and now using another card to connect. I've been reading up about this, and while there seem to be a few people with NIC issues, I can't find any related to SP2.
