These spefications are VERY nice such as AI NOS, etc. Is this a stable motherboard worth buying with an AMD FX-57?

Get an MSI K8N Neo2 platinum for S939 an AGP or an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum for S939 and PCI-E support.

They use Nforce 😛 I'm looking for a chipset other than Nvidia.

I wouldn't get the A8V-E. I used to have one and it wasn't no good. Nforce-based motherboards are much better, more stable.

Nforce can work n/p with an ATi Graphics card? 😱 I'm a huge ATi fan and I refuse to buy Nvidia! But I guess Nforce can't hurt. 😛😛😛

Oh and one very big problem with the MSI K8T Neo2, it doesn't have a PCI-E slot 😱

Bah. nForce4 Ultra/SLI > Every other S939 chipset.
Get an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum.

Or even a DFI LanParty Ultra-D if you're into overclocking.

There are no conflicts between nForce chipsets and ATI GPUs.

What's the best mobo out there that has 4 RAM slots, a PCI-E slot and is not meant for overclocking? (as I am just willing to install and run)

The Asus A8V-E Deluxe works just fine.. i have been using it for awhile and it even overclocked my 3000+ to 4000+ , if money is a issue get this board if its not id go with a nforce sli combo !
