Asus A8V deluxe RAM settings

I posted this thread on AMD support forum, maybe you can help also:

Have you seen the long list of memory settings in the A8V deluxe BIOS ? For a n00b like me, that's mean nothing.

So, I need your help to explain this to me:

-MEMCLOCK MODE
-DRAM OVER 4G REMAPPING
-BANK INTERLEAVING
-NODE INTERLEAVING
-BURST LENGTH

-CAS LATENCY
-TRC
-TRFC
-TRCD
-TWR
-TRWT
-TRAS
-TRP
-TWCL

-ASYNCLAT
-READ PREAMBLE SETTINGS
-2T COMMAND

FYI, i have 4x512mb Samsung PC3200 sticks. They are all error-free: i runned Memtest86 on each, and then all together.

BUT memtest86 tells me that they are DDR333 (instead of DDR400). I read somewhere that this would happen when all 4 DIMM slots are used. So, i made some researchs, and i found that i need to correct the settings in my BIOS to fit the "requirements" of this chart: http://www.x86-secret.com/pics/cpu/s939/banks.png

I believe that i should start by enable the 2T COMMAND... but how do i set the single/dual channel ?

Can you help me ?

Thanks
