Asus A8V Deluxe Bios Settings?

I'll be receiving my board shortly and wanted to know some optimal settings for the bios. I will not be doing any gaming or o'clkg. CPU is Athlon x2 4200 with 1gb ram. I will not be running raid but will have 3 ide hd's connected.

I don't understand... No OC'ing?.. -so just use the perameters for the ram, and cpu and use defaults otherwise.
