ok so i have a asus a8v deluxe mother board with 4 sticks of ram in it, i was thinking to get a thermaltake big typhoon as it seems to be really good, i was wondering if it will interefere with any of the ram already on the board? ive heard of some ppl saying that they cant fit a fourth ram stick because the cooler is to big...does anyone know if this is the case with the asus a8v deluxe?

The BT is excellent if it fits on your board. I don't think that reviewer was installing it correctly. It's actually very simple to do if you use a hex socket bit to tighten the nuts.

depends on the motherboard.
Thats why although its a fine heatsink it has major instsll issues with alot of mobos.

Nooo, the SI-120 is better than the BT. But if u want to get the BT, its cheaper :p. Also the BT's fan is pretty quiet, and its good performence. If u need more cfm tho... DELTA, SANYO DENKI!!!.

Go Big Typhoon, & run with the stock fan, uses see a gain of only -2 C° with more cfm....good case airflow matters more. I did what CP5670 suggests regarding the tightening with a hex bit, was very easy to get it tightly mounted, no issue there.
