ASUS A8V+AMD64 3400+...Is this a good deal?

Hi all,
Came across this deal today from Tigerdirect.com. Can also get almost the same combo (ASUS A8V + A64 3000+) from MonarchComputer along with couple of free games.

Also telle me if this RAM
is good for overclocking or should i settle for something better from monarch?

The 3000+ would probably overclock better. The 3400+ 939 is a NC core with 800HT, while the 3000+ is a Winchester with 1000HT.

Value PC3200 is fine for overclocking (run a divider), but it may be worthwhile to get some better-quality value RAM.
