[Problem Description]
Upon purchase I assembled my pc and attempted to start it. It did not post but beeped once over and over. I finally narrowed the problem down to an unprovided 12v power adapter for my video card. After instaling the adapter, there was no power to system. Removed adapter, still no power. LED on mother board does light up, but no fans turn on at all leading me to believe the power supply is not the source. Tried removing everything and and powering up, wtill no power. I would really appreciate any imput on this before I RMA this board.

Make sure to check the position of the jumper for resetting the BIOS. It may be on reset which will not allow you to boot.

What brand / model of Power Supply are you using?

Jumper position is in correct position as it has not been changed since original install (only thing I did not disconnect).

My power supply is a aspire 500W power supply with dual 12v rails.

MAke sure you don't have one of the MB mounting stand-offs in a wrong position.

Can't be the stadoffs, at least as far as I could imagine, because it went up to the post where it noticed no graphics card the first couple of times (before getting the 4 to 6 pin adapter).
