Getting no beeps or video from system, no post.

Everything is connected and the fans spin, but no beeps or video.
Any suggestions?

1. reseat everything
2. PSU bad
3. Short

We reseated everything numerious times, so that couldn't be it. But, it could be a bad PSU or a short. Thanks for the reply. We will try a different PSU and if that doesn't work I guess we can return the motherboard and get a new one. Thanks!
