ASUS A8N5X problem with SATA II and RAID 1 configuration

This is for a brand new system. I've verified that all components work fine because i had WinXP installed on just one HDD. When i try to enable the RAID configuration on through my BIOS everything is fine. However, when i try to have the driver installed through the WinXP setup...it says that it cannot read the .dll and .sys files that i proveded the computer through Floppy. It's weird because when i hit F6, it reads teh disk through that...i've verified this about 5 times...i don't know what else to do...i want to mirror my drives...HELP!!!

BTW, i am using 2 WD1600 drives.
