Asus A8N5X OCZ, Venice/SanDiego 3200+ No OC at all!!!???

I just bought the combo thought I can get at least 2.5 Ghz or something.

But I I can't even get any OC at all. What's going on?

I heard OCZ is bad with Asus, is that correct?

Basically got that CPU from tiger thinking it's going to be Venice core (ADA3200DAA4BW).
CPU-Z read that CPU as San Diego?

Put my 2x512mb OCZ gold, 64 Freezer pro and X850XT.

Try to OC. it just crashed and rebooted if I try increase the FSB. What's wrong? Any hint?
