Asus A8N32-SLI CPU-North Bridge Link Width??

Hi Guys,

This article has just been brought to my attention:
http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/mainbo.../display/asus-a8n32-sli-deluxe_25.html

which seems to suggest that the CPU-NB link width on the A8N32-SLI is only 8x each way instead of 16x each way as per the A8N-SLI.

Does anyone have any info that can confirm or deny this? That's the only place I've heard it mentioned.

I know the manual for the A8N32-SLI has a 16x each way option for the "K8 to NB Link Width" setting in the BIOS.

Any help would be appreciated .... I'm in the process of buying the motherboard 🙂

Cheers,
Mat.
