I want to hit 2200 Mhz instead of the default 2000 Mhz...I am on a retail HSF ... would you reccomend just raise the multiplier to 11x ??? If not... what would u reccomend me to get those 200 extra Mhz ???

you can't raise the mult to 11.

it's top locked at 10

you will have to up your fsb to 220.

i dunno how good that mushkin greenline is but youmay have to relax your timings.

Raise the HTT to 220, and run a RAM divider (they're notated as 100, 133, and 166 settings on NV chipsets; they act as 1:2, 2:3, and 5:6 dividers, respectively) if your RAM can't handle a 10% overclock. This won't kill performance (see the top of this forum).

Thanks guys...I ll try that...Is it any probability to fry my RAM if I use it @220 Mhz? Should I mess with voltages?

Bump the VDIMM up to 2.7V and it should be fine. I have a 1GB Mushkin kit from Fry's that can easily do 225MHz with a little voltage.
