The I/O shield has tabs that appear to be meant to press down on the top of the "towers" that contain the keyboard/mouse port and the 2 network ports. My shield has the tabs bent down so they are partially blocking the openings for the ports. I think if they are bent up much they won't touch the tops of the "towers" and if they are bent up just enough so they will touch, the tabs will block the mobo from sliding back against the shield like it should.
Anyone else have this situation? Did you just bend them up or break them off? I haven't started the build yet so this may be a red herring but I thought I'd ask.
