Asus A8N-SLI Premium XP(32) Question

So here I sit watching the 19 minutes remaining to install XP on my new system. Problem is it has taken close to an hour and a half to go from 39 minutes to 19 minutes. Granted I haven't updated the BIOS yet, actually I completely forgot to look at what version is already on there. Has anyone else noticed this install taking a lot longer than normal. Here is my system and then the configuration.

Asus A8N-SLI Premium
AMD 64 4800 X2
(2) Corsair TWINX2048-3200XL
PCPC 510 Express SLI
eVGA 7800 GTX 512
CL Audigy 2ZS
(2) WD Raptor 74GB
(2) WD 250GB
(2) Lite On DVD drives

2 Raptors are hooked up to the RAID SATA 1 and 2 configured with RAID0, and the 2 250GB are hooked up to RAID SATA 3 and 4 configured in RAID1. Memory settings have been set manually to:

Timing Mode: [Manual]
Memclock index value (Mhz) [400Mhz]
CAS# latency (Tcl) [3]
Min RAS# active tme(Tras) [8T]
RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd) [3T]
Row percharge Time (Trp) [3T]
Row cycle time (Trc) [11T]
Row refresh cyc time(Trfc) [14T]
Read-to-Write time(Trwt) [5T]
Write Recovery Time (Twr) [3T]
1T/2T memory Timing [2T]
S/W DRAM Over 4G Remapping [Enabled]
H/W DRAM Over 4G Remapping [Enabled]

It is installing, for instance now it is down to 17 minutes but just taking forever. Are there any other settings in the bios that I should set manually? Appreciate any information.

Thanks
