Asus A8N SLI Premium memory problem

I have an Asus A8N SLI Premium and I am upgrading my memory modules to 2 Corsair 3500LL PRO, but I have a problem, in the manual they say to install 2 modules on the A1/B1 slots, but my CPU cooler do not allow me to do this due to the large size of this memory. Can I use A2/B2 slots? Would this be a problem?
