Asus A8N-SLI Premium and TT Big Typhoon

I'm thinking about buying this motherboard but are a bit worried about compatibility with TT Big Typhoon. Will this cooler, even though the fan is placed very high, cool the heatpipe enough?

Since performance and overclocking are to important parts for me I don't want to end up buying a motherboard with a northbridge @ 45+ degrees (celsius).
