ASUS A8N SLI Premium: 2 Questions

I should be receiving this board tomorrow. I have questions:

1) Since I need only one LAN port, is it recommended that I disable one of them in the BIOS to save an IRQ?

2) Is it okay to connect both of these fans directly into the board (in addition to the CPU and PS fans):

Nexus 120 mm Real Silent Case Fan
92 mm Nexus Real Silent Case Fan

Disable the extra LAN port - not only will it save you an IRQ, but it will also save you some small bit of memory, because the OS won't have to load drivers for it.
You'll have no issues connecting the two fans - the MB fan headers will offer up 12V, and the fans will run perfectly (and quietly...I have a pile of them myself).
